一、打基礎(chǔ)固根基，在厚植優(yōu)勢中奮發(fā)有為 辦室是司上傳下達的“窗口”，既關(guān)系司整個系統(tǒng)的正常運轉(zhuǎn)，也關(guān)系著司的品牌形象，作為辦室一員，我始終堅持“恪守職責，真誠守”的工作原則，自覺強化大局觀、全局觀，注重品質(zhì)修養(yǎng)，強規(guī)矩意識，熱情周到地完成好本職工作。 （一）處理。運用綜合辦O系統(tǒng)，在線處理日常業(yè)務，認真落實移動辦制度，全年通過O辦系統(tǒng)流轉(zhuǎn)件27余份，帶頭綠色辦，節(jié)省資源，全程實現(xiàn)無紙化、數(shù)字化、移動化辦，有效提高了辦室工作效率。 （二）會議籌備。認真準備各類會場，嚴謹細致報送會議回執(zhí)；協(xié)助領(lǐng)導開展年度目標考核檢查、系統(tǒng)各階段總結(jié)會*次，認真籌備上級視察、調(diào)研工作*次，每次任務都能高標準準備，確保各項活動順利推進。 （三）活動組織。做好上傳下達，貫徹領(lǐng)導部署，簽訂工作目標責任書，組織各類參觀、教育、學習、創(chuàng)活動；統(tǒng)計理論學習情況，協(xié)助辦室其他同事做好季度及年度活動的組織安排，做好化的宣傳活動。
村委會個人工作總結(jié)范文
一是成立組織。成立了村環(huán)保組織和文明勸導隊，力爭通過宣傳教育與先進示范相結(jié)合，通過專業(yè)環(huán)境保潔隊伍與志愿者隊伍相結(jié)合，共同做好環(huán)境整治工作。 二是完成環(huán)境整治配套工程。 完成東小路下水道整修、九所廁所維修和三格式改造、完成周塘路綠地的美化與運動器材的安裝、完成路邊綠地與小花壇的砌筑修整，提高環(huán)境質(zhì)量。 三是開展庭院整治工作。投入一定的人力和資金進行環(huán)境整治，建立了長效管理機制，在環(huán)衛(wèi)所常年保潔的基礎(chǔ)上，聘請3名同志長期做好對環(huán)衛(wèi)所服務范圍外的綠化區(qū)塊、衛(wèi)生死角、房前屋后的清潔工作。今年我村又一次高標準地通過了市通過市庭院整治復評。 第四方面，綜治工作情況： 綜治工作與村莊環(huán)境整治工作一樣，事關(guān)老百姓的切身利益，是歷屆村班子的工作重心之一。我們力爭給老百姓創(chuàng)造一個和諧、穩(wěn)定、安居樂業(yè)的生活環(huán)境。7月份，根據(jù)原村老年活動室與綜治室場地狹小的實際，我們把綜治室搬遷到東周塘老村，使綜治室面積擴大到了200平方米，現(xiàn)正在派出所、街道綜治辦的領(lǐng)導下，開展平安基層基礎(chǔ)規(guī)范化建設(shè)、示范綜治工作室、平安社區(qū)的創(chuàng)建。
