呼吁廣大群眾從身邊小事做起，關(guān)心生態(tài)環(huán)境，不在田間地頭燒秸稈，注意土壤污染、化肥農(nóng)藥污染、白色污染等有害生態(tài)環(huán)境的行為。積極引導(dǎo)廣大群眾增強(qiáng)環(huán)境保護(hù)的法治意識，養(yǎng)成綠色生產(chǎn)生活方式，共同守護(hù)好*的綠水青山，營造共同參與環(huán)境資源保護(hù)的良好氛圍。盡管*鎮(zhèn)在環(huán)境保護(hù)方面作了一定的工作，也取得了一定的成效，但我們也清醒的認(rèn)識到我鎮(zhèn)環(huán)境保護(hù)工作中仍然存在諸多不足，例如個(gè)別戶環(huán)境衛(wèi)生較差、環(huán)境整治長效機(jī)制落實(shí)不到位、鎮(zhèn)區(qū)生活垃圾處理不及時(shí)等突出問題，這些都是我們迫切需要整改，馬上去提升的。在今后的工作中，*鎮(zhèn)將緊盯問題，聚力攻堅(jiān)，靶向破難，一項(xiàng)一項(xiàng)抓整改，一戶一戶逐個(gè)過，一村一村促提升，全力推進(jìn)全鎮(zhèn)人居環(huán)境品質(zhì)縱向有進(jìn)步、橫向有進(jìn)位，為全縣“雙城同創(chuàng)”展現(xiàn)*擔(dān)當(dāng)、*作為。
XX市2024上半年生態(tài)環(huán)境工作總結(jié)
一、主要工作開展情況及工作成效（一）主要指標(biāo)完成情況。一是環(huán)境空氣質(zhì)量方面。中心城區(qū)有效監(jiān)測天數(shù)*天，優(yōu)*天，良*天，輕度污染天數(shù)*天（均在4月份），優(yōu)良率*.*%。二是水污染防治方面。*個(gè)縣級集中式飲用水水源地：*水源地水質(zhì)保持為Ⅱ類，*常水源地水質(zhì)下降至Ⅲ類。*個(gè)“千噸萬人”飲用水水源地、*個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)集中式飲用水水源地水質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)率均為*%。地表水*個(gè)國控?cái)嗝嫠|(zhì)優(yōu)良率為*%，*個(gè)省控?cái)嗝?，除橋頭斷面*月水質(zhì)下降至Ⅲ類外，其余均達(dá)到考核目標(biāo)要求。三是土壤污染防治方面。將*晨光云麻生物科技有限公司納入重點(diǎn)監(jiān)管名錄。（二）重點(diǎn)工作開展情況。一是深入開展全市生態(tài)環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隱患排查。在全市*個(gè)市直單位（部門）、*個(gè)駐騰單位和*個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）全面開展生態(tài)環(huán)境問題自檢自查，共反饋問題*個(gè)，經(jīng)梳理歸納為突出生態(tài)環(huán)境問題*個(gè)。

（一）完善安全生產(chǎn)體制建設(shè)，提高群眾安全意識根據(jù)我鎮(zhèn)實(shí)際，逐步完善我鎮(zhèn)安全生產(chǎn)有關(guān)制度建設(shè)，積極探索安全生產(chǎn)行政執(zhí)法績效評估和獎(jiǎng)懲辦法，重點(diǎn)抓好《安全生產(chǎn)法》、《省安全生產(chǎn)條例》等安全生產(chǎn)法律法規(guī)的貫徹落實(shí)，通過多渠道的宣傳方式和群眾喜聞樂見的活動(dòng)，努力提高全民安全生產(chǎn)意識。（二）強(qiáng)化安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任落實(shí)，提高企業(yè)安全素質(zhì)通過規(guī)范化我鎮(zhèn)3家規(guī)模企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)，以點(diǎn)帶面，實(shí)現(xiàn)全鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)范化。我鎮(zhèn)將結(jié)合實(shí)際制定規(guī)范化考評細(xì)則，幫助企業(yè)建立健全安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)章制度，落實(shí)安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制，開展安全教育培訓(xùn)，完善安全工作臺帳、建立和完善應(yīng)急預(yù)案等。采用安全性能可靠的新技術(shù)、新工藝、新設(shè)備和新材料，不斷改善安全生產(chǎn)條件；重視、尊重和保障職工群眾在安全生產(chǎn)方面的合法權(quán)益，充分調(diào)動(dòng)職工群眾參與、監(jiān)督安全生產(chǎn)的積極性。對全鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)進(jìn)行差異化評定，對安全工作不重視的、不落實(shí)的，評分低的，重點(diǎn)監(jiān)管，對安全工作重視的，落實(shí)的，進(jìn)行常規(guī)化監(jiān)管。

（三）創(chuàng)新安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)管模式，積極推進(jìn)網(wǎng)格化管理。切實(shí)做好安全生產(chǎn)“網(wǎng)格化管理，組團(tuán)式服務(wù)”工作，借助這一平臺，督促安全落實(shí)安全生產(chǎn)主體責(zé)任，實(shí)現(xiàn)安全監(jiān)管的網(wǎng)格化、精細(xì)化、信息化、人性化管理。要求網(wǎng)格組長、安全巡視員、安全監(jiān)管員分工明確，責(zé)任到人，加強(qiáng)對所轄企業(yè)單位的走訪和檢查，建立安全管理臺帳和周報(bào)、月報(bào)及安全調(diào)度等制度，實(shí)現(xiàn)安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)管的精細(xì)化、信息化管理。（四）健全安全應(yīng)急救援體系，減少安全生產(chǎn)事故損失建立統(tǒng)一指揮、職責(zé)明確、結(jié)構(gòu)完整、裝備齊全、功能全面、反應(yīng)靈敏、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)協(xié)調(diào)的生產(chǎn)安全應(yīng)急救援體系，完善鎮(zhèn)、村與企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)應(yīng)急救援指揮系統(tǒng)，配備必要的裝備，提高重特大事故的搶險(xiǎn)救援能力，形成快速、有序、高效的專業(yè)化救援力量。加快特種設(shè)備、消防、防汛防臺等有關(guān)行業(yè)與領(lǐng)域安全生產(chǎn)應(yīng)急救援體系建設(shè)，完善各類安全事故應(yīng)急救援預(yù)案。
