為了解決幼兒的實(shí)際問(wèn)題和困難，我們以門牌號(hào)碼為切入口，將幼兒的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備進(jìn)行挖掘、梳理和提升，結(jié)合幼兒的實(shí)際生活設(shè)計(jì)了《樓房與號(hào)碼》這一數(shù)學(xué)活動(dòng)，揭示數(shù)字和住址之間的聯(lián)系，引導(dǎo)幼兒主動(dòng)將數(shù)學(xué)知識(shí)運(yùn)用到實(shí)際生活中。從生活出發(fā),激發(fā)幼兒學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)學(xué)的興趣，讓幼兒深刻體會(huì)到生活離不開數(shù)學(xué)，數(shù)學(xué)是解決生活問(wèn)題的鑰匙，從而增強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)學(xué)的趣味性，正是幼兒園數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)的價(jià)值取向。教學(xué)目標(biāo)：1、在探索操作中嘗試發(fā)現(xiàn)門牌號(hào)碼的表示方法和排列規(guī)律。2、在主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)中提高解決問(wèn)題的能力，積累相關(guān)的生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)。3、能主動(dòng)發(fā)現(xiàn)生活中的數(shù)學(xué)，體驗(yàn)在生活中學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)學(xué)的樂(lè)趣。教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備：材料：紙盒做的樓房材料人手一份，門牌插卡（用不同顏色區(qū)別層與間的數(shù)字）人手一份，多媒體課件，寫有具體地址的信封若干，人物圖像若干，彩色膠帶卷（用于標(biāo)示樓房位置）。環(huán)境：多媒體、幼兒操作學(xué)習(xí)的場(chǎng)地、桌椅、地墊人手一塊。幼兒：一定的生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)，了解自己的家庭住址。
