在全區(qū)民政工作年中分析會上的講話
推進養(yǎng)老院服務質量建設專項行動，優(yōu)化養(yǎng)老機構服務質量。全區(qū)養(yǎng)老機構在重抓安全生產(chǎn)的前提下，不斷硬化環(huán)境，創(chuàng)新管理服務，致力于內(nèi)強管理，外樹形象，敬老院建設邁上了一個新的臺階。高標準建設福利院，實現(xiàn)醫(yī)養(yǎng)融合跨越發(fā)展。按照“公建民營、醫(yī)養(yǎng)融合”模式，區(qū)社會福利院一期試運行效果明顯，護理康復、養(yǎng)老服務功能齊全，社會反響較好。加快居家養(yǎng)老轉型升級。緊密圍繞“精準分類、精確服務”要求，通過以會代訓、分類培訓、到站宣講、入戶宣傳等方式，在全區(qū)范圍內(nèi)積極推進第三輪改革轉型工作。

尊敬的各位老師，親愛的同學和家長們：時光淺淺，冬日漫漫，附中師生，好久不見，你們還好嗎？這段時間大家辛苦了！反反復復的疫情，致使居家網(wǎng)課成了學習的常態(tài)，它對你的學習和生活有影響嗎？說沒有，絕對是假的。離開了學習的專供場所——校園，離開了窗明幾凈的教室，離開了朝夕陪伴的老師，離開了團結友好又卷的厲害的同伴，在家學習，說實在的，缺少了一種氛圍。人們常把一個陌生的溫馨的環(huán)境比喻成家，家，就是一個港灣，是一個身體和靈魂的棲息地，可是疫情硬是讓我們把家變成了學校，把客廳，臥室變成了教室。沒有了教室課堂的約束，沒有了老師目光的緊盯和交流，你的坐姿是否端正？一節(jié)課你是否一直全神貫注？有沒有邊聽邊吃邊喝的時候？有沒有起床后重返被窩的現(xiàn)象？和同學聊過天沒？作業(yè)每次都實實在在獨立完成嗎？一天下來除了利用手機電腦學習，刷過抖音沒？聽過歌曲沒？玩過游戲沒？但愿這些都是我們無端的猜想和假設，是我們在杞人憂天，老師們很不放心啊！一直擔憂線上學習的效率和效果。
